International chefs recognize the versatility of this healthy oil. Sunflower oil is valued for its light taste, ease of frying, and health benefits. There are three types of sunflower oil. NuSun, linoleic and high oleic sunflower oil. All are developed using standard breeding techniques. They differ in oleic acid content and each has its own characteristics.

Avocado oil

Avocados belong to the Lauraceae (laurel) plant family and are berries rather than drupes. Avocado trees, which are 6-7 meters tall, grow in many subtropical countries, prefer warm climates, need lots of water and lots of light. Beeswax

Beeswax is produced by bees and used to build beehives. It is composed of a 70-75% mixture of cerotic and melissic acids, about 70 esters of C16-C36 acids, and a mixture of C24-C36 alcohols. The remaining 5-15.5% are carbohydrates, and the remaining ingredients are minerals, colors, flavors and vitamin A.

Flaxseed oil is rich in linoleic acid, especially linolenic acid, and is a strong drying oil that solidifies within 24-36 hours when spread to form a solid transparent film.

MCT oil

MCT oils (medium chain triglycerides or medium chain fatty acids), also known as neutral oils, are not vegetable oils in the traditional sense. Oils are composed of fatty acid molecules of various lengths. These are utilized by the body to varying degrees. MCT oil is based on palm or coconut oil, from which the fatty acids are separated and esterified with glycerol. MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) are fats containing medium chain fatty acids (6-10 carbon atoms) that cannot be stored as fat stores in the body. In contrast to long-chain fatty acids (LCT = long-chain triglycerides, more than 10 carbon atoms), the medium-chain triglycerides caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10) are rapidly and completely absorbed into the skin. increase. Gallic acid and pancreatic enzymes are absorbed and transported directly to the liver via the portal vein.

Coconut oil

Canola oil

Introduced in the early 1970s, these technologies were able to reduce the potentially harmful erucic acid from the previous 50% to less than 5%, enabling the production of rapeseed oil safe for human consumption. rice field. Breeding techniques also reduced the levels of glucosinolates.

Corn oil

GRAPESEED OIL

Grapeseed oil is processed from grape seeds, a by-product of wine production.

From a business point of view, producing this oil is a great idea. For thousands of years, winemakers have been left with an abundance of this useless by-product.

Thanks to advances in technology, manufacturers are now able to extract oil from seeds and use it to make a profit.
